It does not start with a sale...
We stand with you, from the start to the finish
In this hectic age, sadly, many suppliers care about the customer only up until the moment when an invoice is sent, or payment is received. Our company's approach has always been customer-oriented - our customer's happiness is the most rewarding part of the whole process. Do you hear the same statement from every supplier? The answer is most probably yes. Therefore, let's take a look at the sales process in our company, from ordering, to machine delivery and its installation. If you notice any discrepancy when your machine is being delivered, do not hesitate to contact our chief executive. We will strive to fix any issues promptly and with great care.
Picking the right machine
From the very first contact with the customer, we care about every detail. The first step is discussing client's needs and expectations. Picking the right machine includes taking various factors into consideration. Which materials will be processed by the machine? What size are those materials? Will it be possible to provide sufficient energy input, won't the machine disturb its surrounding area by excessive noise? Those are just some of the numerous questions that are discussed during the first meeting with a customer. After that, we usually perform test cutting and/or engraving on materials brought by the customer, selecting the most suitable machine for the processed material.
Purchasing a machine can be an expensive endeavor, requiring considerable financial investment. We are able to help customers acquire leasing or loan for purchase of the machine. Through our partners, we can do this quickly and with a favorable interest rate. Our partner is ČSOB Leasing, a stable company with solid services.
Machine shipping and delivery
If the size of the purchased machine requires it to be delivered via a truck, your price quote includes its shipping and delivery anywhere in the Czech Republic. If delivered to Slovakia, the customer pays only for the part of the delivery that happens outside of borders of the Czech Republic. In case of purchase of machines that are currently in stock, we ship it from our storage facility in Úvaly near Prague. Machines ordered on demand and machines of huge size are shipped directly from customs storage. One of our technicians is always present during the machine offload.
Machine installation and completion
After shipping and delivery, the machine is offloaded to its designated place. For most machines, our company is capable of handling that via our own staff, but in rare cases (such as installation of huge machine outside of the Czech Republic), we will ask our customers to assist us with supplying manipulation technology at the installation site. Some sizeable machines are partly disassembled for shipping to prevent any damage. The machine is then assembled by a team of our capable employees, typically consisting of 1-4 technicians.
Grid and technical gas connection
Connecting the machine to the grid in safe and EU norm-compliant way is not an easy endeavor. Therefore, if needed, our electrician is present during machine installation. During that process, compressed air and other technical gas inlets are added, should the machine require it. After adding any required work liquid, the whole machine is plugged in and tested. When installing lasers, after delivery, we always check and re-calibrate optical framework.
After machine installation comes the staff training. During the training, the operation staff gets familiar with machine operation basics, its maintenance, safety regulations and preparation of data for control. We always strive to adjust the training to our customer's needs and take into consideration the specific ways in which the customer plans to use the machine, so that the customer can start using the machine immediately. For smaller machines it is possible to install and train the operation staff within one day, but in case of bigger and more complex machines, the staff training is held later after installation during a day agreed upon by both sides.
Handover protocol description
When the handover protocol document is signed, the warranty period starts. In the document, customer chooses the type of service maintenance. By signing the customer confirms that they have received the machine, and also confirms its functionality. If the machine displays defects otherwise non-impeding its functionality, it is possible to list these in the document. The customer also confirms that they are familiar with the safety regulations and supplier's return policy, both of which are also included in the protocol. Service journal is also included in the document, containing records about performed serivce jobs.
Partnership between 4ISP s.r.o. and HSG
The first communication between 4ISP and HSG happened in 2012 and the first HSG fiber laser cutter was installed in the Czech Republic later in summer 2013. The HS-M3015B machine was presented in 2015 at International Engineering Fair in Brno. Today, being further down the road, we can confidently claim that the presentation was very successful. So far, we have successfully installed over 10 fiber lasers across the Czech Republic, and more lasers are being delivered to their new owners with every passing month. Thanks to our successful partnership, we acquired exclusive import rights from HSG for following areas: Czech Republic, Slovakia and (as of 2016) Germany and Poland. After opening our new showroom EURAZIO Center in Modletice near Prague, we plan to gradually start adding all countries in the European Union to the list.
Our customers are very satisfied with the machines, as well as with our 4ISP company's services. We will gladly get any potential customer in touch with some of our long-term customers.
